Segregated Unity…

With all this crap about segregated Survivor, it really angers me that as a whole, nobody in this nation wants to accept we are different. Survivor is doing it for ratings, but who cares. WE ARE DIFFERENT!. But that in and of itself does not make one race better than another. And when someone points out a stereotype, most people think that it’s completely taboo, or something that shouldn’t be said. A statistic is not a stereotype.

Do I think it’s right to discriminate? Absolutely not. But whether we want to admit it or not, this county is that melting pot that it is because of segregation. To me, the “skin color doesn’t matter, we’re all the same” adage, is complete crap. We are different, and to accept that fact is not a crime or discriminatory. Not recognizing that fact is complete ignorance and shameful.

Black people are usually better runners. Mexicans usually do pack 10 people in a CRX. White people can’t dance. And asians are usually good in math.

It’s not Americas fault, it’s just the way we’re made. Accept it.

I may not be right, but this is America, it’s my opinion, and I’m intitled to it.

Posting Bail…

So there I am, papers in hand, I stand before the man. I stood there like an accused criminal, asking for my freedom. Sounds like court doesn't it? All I was trying to do was submit my terminal leave paperwork. (For those who don't know, terminal leave is a leave period at the end of and enlistment period.) It literally was like asking for my freedom back. "Why do you want out?" "Why won't you re-enlist?" Even though the entire process is a bit comical, it's definately well worth it.

So, in the midst of all the fun stuff that I have to do, I have to find a job, a house, and make sure everything is in order to move. It's a whole lot of stress, but again, well worth it. I think that they do it so all the lazy people just re-enlist. That's seems to be the trend around here.
